We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. Items are available for thorough inspection and bidders are cautioned to inspect prior to placing any bids. There will be no shipping on this sale, PICKUP ONLY. There is no sales tax applied to any out of state purchases that are shipped and sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that any items that are fastened, secured, or in any way attached to the house, fixtures, doors, walls, countertops, cupboards, or cabinets are not included unless specifically listed as such. Any dispute regarding this will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer and Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to determine if it is part of the lot. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. If you wish to use a different payment method other than what you registered with, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Items not removed on pickup day will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND unless prior arrangements have been made. Pickup will be available Saturday November 18, 2017 from 9AM-1PM on location at 1506 Oriole Ave in Wausau WI (Rib Mountain area). All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder shall make any and all determination for value and condition PRIOR to bidding. A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by Saturday following auction. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.
