Cash or Check is prefered By registering and placing bids on our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: You must place a credit/debit card on file to register and bid on any of our auctions. PICKUP TIMES WILL BE Sunday 10AM-1PM, Monday Noon-4PM, Tuesday 3PM-6PM, or by appointment. At 6:30pm Tueday Evening, I reserve the right to take all remaining invoices not paid and picked up, (or pending appointments or arrangements) will be charged to the card on file, including a $10 late fee. You will then be able to pick up those items on the regular scheduled pickup days on the following week. Note - Any items not picked up the following week will be considered abandoned and become property of Westby Auctions. By placing bids on our site you authorize Westby Auctions to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account. To be fair to all of our customers, these rules apply to EVERYONE, No Exceptions. You are welcome to have someone pickup your invoice for you if you cannot make it to our pickup times. All items sold "AS-IS", most descriptions are given by the seller. Westby Auctions does not make any guarantee of any kind. All winning bids final.
