Online bidding is open starting Monday, October 30, 2017 and closing Friday, November 17, 2017 at 10 a.m. (CT) Hangars will sell As is, Where is, No Contingencies or Exceptions. Bidding requirements apply and successful bidder(s) are required to deposit $5,000 as a down payment at the close of the sale. Bidding requirements: All interested bidders must submit a letter from their bank or financial institution confirming the availability of sufficient funds to close the transaction prior to being approved to bid. The hangar at 1755 River Drive is 42 x 68; 2,856 square feet with Wilson doors and has doors at both ends with a concrete middle strip and gravel on the sides. The hangar at 1759 River Drive is 54' x 60'; 3,240 square feet with Wilson doors and concrete flooring. The hangar at 1761 River Drive is 54' x 60'; 3,240 square feet with Wilson doors and concrete floor. At the time of the sale, the land lease fees assessed are at $0.11 per square foot - $314.16 annually.
